Development policy
One of Banúlacht’s Strategic aims is the promotion of critical engagement with feminist analyses in relation to women’s human rights issues.
We do this through: drafting position papers on identified policy issues; disseminating and promoting these analytical papers; and working in partnerships
and strategic alliances with human rights, development and women’s organisations.
Our policy positions on specific issues (e.g. MDGs, CEDAW, Beijing Platform for Action and UNSCR 1325) are to be found under the various themes on the website and in our
Gender and Development Bulletin.
